Supervision Practice
I offer individual, pair and group supervision and consultancy to creative arts therapists, teachers, counsellors and therapists.
In supervision sessions I work psychodynamically exploring what is present consciously and unconsciously for the supervisee. This provides an objective overview of the dynamics present in the therapy relationship and the setting or institution as well. I work with a creative expressive approach using action methods.
I offer an initial consultation session allowing an opportunity to meet with potential supervisees to discuss how we might work together and if I am able to offer the type of supervision that the supervisee requires. If we agree to work with each other we would contract to work an agreed number of sessions before having a review.
I abide by the BADth supervision code of practice and code of ethics.
I am on the BADth supervision register.
I teach on the CAST Creative Arts Supervision Training course in London. The CAST method offers a unique approach in its combination of drama, creative arts and movement as a vehicle for transformation. There is a bias towards working through symbol and metaphor and an emphasis on the importance of the body as a means of communication.
Supervision Fees
Initial consultation session 1 hour: £30.00
Individual supervision – 1 hour session: £55.00
Group supervision – 1 hour session: £80.00
Student/trainee – 1 hour session: £45.00
